Mistral SUP team riders Diego Fasel and  Facundo Díaz took the 1st and 2nd…& place 3 was also for a Mistral SUP Teamrider Tomas Orol… they came to Patagonia to participate….they won gloriously in the latest event of “The Bariloche Classic”.

With not to much wind for Kite and Wind surf,  SUP was the protagonist of the contest with a great debut! The Mistral team has led up the podium succesfully and was  happy to show up for first time in this classic competition.

We have fused the positive characteristics of a Kayak with those of a surfboard.

The Mistral M2 Flatwater Racers are trimmed for 100% speed.

weighing over 100kg without drawbacks.

The Mistral R&D team has already enjoyed

decades of success with their racing boards.

We made an Olympic windsurf board on

three separate occasions and we are now

going out of our way with the M2 to repeat

this success story with our SUP boards.

 

Conical Hull Board

 

Mistral‘s product policy is characterized by a limited range

of boards in type and size. The Kayak-SUP Flatwater M2

12‘6 Racer has an innovative shape. It’s conically tailored,

measures 66cm at the top and only 60cm at the bottom.

This conical board will always create a minimum of wet

surface – no matter the weight of the paddler – leading

to higher speed potential. This liberates us from having to

make unnecessary additional boards.

The front of the new Mistral Flatwater

Racer resembles a Kayak hull. However,

to increase glide, the back of the board is

designed so that it melts into a surfboard

shape. The standing area is lowered to

increase overall stability

Mistral SUP Agrentina

last weekend Mistral Argentinean SUP teamriders take part on the first Sup competition in Patagonia
where Diego Fasel and Tomas Orol have made first and second place !!!
All Mistral Sup-Boards have arrived on 1st ,2nd and 3 rd places.
The event was a completely succsess and shows that Mistral Boards are not only have a good design but are quick as well.

Villa la Angostura SUP School have introduce more than 500 people to
the Stand up Paddling.

So poeple link the SUP with Mistral.

Robin a fantastic 2nd place at Sunset Beach/ Hawaii! Robin Johnston (Mistral) from Oahu, Hawaii takes advantage of his local knowledge at Sunset Beach to make it to his second Final at this event , as he battled it out to the bitter end in the heat to secure his well deserved finish just behind Kai Lenny.Robin is still absolutely one of the dominant forces on the World SUP Tour, as he was also very successful on the Tour last year and continues to develop progressive Stand Up Paddlesurfing boards in conjunction with his sponsor Mistral. Second place at Sunset is a great start to the year for Robin!
